All of my choirs perform in at least two concerts a year, but we are also available to perform upon request at charity and private events.
Our past events include:
Bitterne Library - DDay coffee morning, and Christmas craft fairs (Southampton Health Choir)
Parkinsons UK - performing at charity events (Voicebox Choir)
Residential Homes (Gosport - Voicebox and Solent Songbirds)
When you contact us to enquire about booking, please can you confirm:
- Event details: date, time and location.
- How long you would like us to sing for.
- Does your venue have a Live Music License? If it doesn't this will need to be in place before we perform - for small venues and events this is usually a very small cost, but has to be arranged in advance. For more information you can have a look at the licensing website: https://pplprs.co.uk/themusiclicence/sectors/live-events-festivals/ . The team at PPL/PRS is really helpful, and efficient so if in doubt you can just give them a call.
- Does your venue have power - most of the time we will just need a few plug sockets, and an extension cable, depending on the event.
- Any other information you would like us to know.
I am also able to organise a Music License if your venue does not have one for an additional fee which will include the license itself, and an administration fee.
