I have five wonderful choirs in the Southampton area - as far as Gosport and Lee-on-the-Solent. I have been running choirs since 2017 and absolutely love the community spirit of choirs and singing groups - I very much believe that singing in a choir should be for
FRIENDSHIP, JOY and WELLBEING - so my sessions are relaxed and fun.
All of my choirs are non-audtioned and do not require any previous experience. All you need is a love of singing, and a bit of courage to give it a go. Most of my groups offer a FREE taster session so you can give it a go before committing to the term. I teach songs in a range of styles including pop, folk, musical theatre, rock and sometimes even original songs.
Each choir performs at least twice a year - performances are not mandatory, but they are always absolutely electric and an incredible experience.

SOUTHAMPTON: BITTERNE
Southampton Health Choir is perfect for anyone with a health-conditon, or anyone who is looking for a gently paced group. Our members are incredibly friendly, supportive and really look after each other. We always have 30 minutes of teas/coffees and do some gentle warm ups (stretching, breathing and vocal warm ups) before we sing.
Our venue is fully accessible, but please do get in touch if you have any questions about access, or any particular access needs. Carers are welcome.

SOUTHAMPTON: colden common
Tuesdays 7:45-9:15pm, Holy Trinity Church
Colden Common.
Trinity C4 (Colden Common Community Choir) is run by South Downs Gateway Church group - it was Rev. Damon Draisey's idea to create a choir after the covid lockdowns to support the wellbeing of local residents. The choir quickly became 40 singers strong, and continues to grow. We sing pop, rock and musical songs and perform in the beautiful Holy Trinity Church twice a year.
We are a non-auditioned, mixed adult choir, open to all - (you do not need to be a resident of Colden Common to join!) and we are lucky to have the wonderful support of the local Colden Common community, and Church group.
SOUTHAMPTON: OWSLEBURY
Thursdays 7:30-9pm, St Andrews Church,
Owslebury.
After the success of Trinity C4 Choir - I was asked to run a second group in Owslebury, which is another South Down Gatesway Church with Rev. Damon Draisey. This is a brand new choir, beginning around Easter 2024. We already have over 25 members and had our first successful public performance in July. We are also a non-auditioned, mixed adult choir, open to all - (you do not need to be a resident to join!)
